Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business day. Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, including your choice of shipping method. Please make sure all shipping and billing information is correct to avoid unnecessary delays or packages routed to the wrong location.

ESYA, The Label is not responsible for lost packages when the customer inputted the wrong shipping address. 

ESYA, The Label is not responsible for packages marked successfully delivered (e.g., misplaced in mailroom after receipt or a typo in the shipping address), but please do reach out with any issue and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

International (non-US) customers are responsible for payment of any associated fees, customs, duties, and taxes upon receipt of package. 

All prices are listed in USD. We recommend international customers check the current exchange rate to get the best idea of what they will be charged.
